The Walt Disney Company (Poland) offers an internship in Warsaw as a Disney Advertising Intern starting on October 1st, 2026. 

About the role

The Disney Advertising  Intern  role will provide support for the Media Networks Advertising Sales team in Central Europe that is responsible for media commercialization business in the region.

You will support the team in both daily processes and long-term projects, chance to learn the operational, sales and B2B processes that support the advertising sales business in Central Europe (Poland, Romania, Hungary, Czech Republic). You will also have the opportunity to learn which commercial TV and digital products Disney sells in the region, working with specialists from sales, marketing, agents, accountants’ fields.

Your responsibilities will encompass both daily operations and long-term projects, providing you with the opportunity to acquire knowledge of the operational, sales, and B2B processes. The role offers exposure to advertising sales processes across Poland, Romania, Hungary and the Czech Republic, as well as Disney’s TV and digital advertising products.

If selected for this role, you will report to the Senior Ad Sales Manager

What You Will Do

  • Support daily administrative processes, including costs, databases, asset delivery and document workflows directed by more senior colleagues to support larger projects.

  • Share programming updates with agents on a regular basis.

  • Prepare offers, presentations and post-sales summaries with senior colleagues. Set up digital campaigns in Google Ad Manager and Operation1 based on instructions provided.

  • Monitor the delivery of digital campaigns.

  • Contact prospects with offers.

  • Help organize department meetings and support the team with ad hoc tasks. Assist the team with the current forecast processes (quarter or annual) by collecting data and updating Excel models.

  • Collaborate with resellers on 4 territories to maintain good relationships and smooth client experience.

Required qualifications & skills

  • Fluent Polish and English, both written and spoken

  • Strong organizational skills and sense of responsibility.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Good numerical skills and attention to detail

  • Team-oriented flexible and eager to learn

  • Knowledge of TV/entertainment market will be a benefit.

  • Knowledge of MS Excel and MS PowerPoint will be a benefit.

Internship Requirements

  • Active student status or recently graduated

  • Available min. 30 h per week (minimum 4 days per week)

  • Must possess the right to work in Poland
