As Lifecycle Marketing Coordinator for Disney+ Australia and New Zealand, you will be responsible for the planning and delivery of all marketing campaigns for Disney Streaming Services in the region. In this role, the primary focus is to promote content on Disney+ (new and existing) with the intention of keeping subscribers actively engaged and retained on the service.
Working closely with the lifecycle marketing team, the Lifecycle Coordinator will plan, coordinate, execute and optimise multi-channel lifecycle campaigns, delivering high impact email, push and in-app campaigns on-time and flawlessly. The Lifecycle Coordinator will draw down and use data and insights to execute end-to-end campaigns and deliver outstanding results.
The core responsibilities of the role include:
Communications planning
- Holistic content planning and management of all lifecycle communications, including general entertainment and sports content for ESPN
- Collaboration with relevant marketing teams to synchronise content plans and priorities
- Maintenance and presentation of monthly communications plans
Communication implementation
- Sourcing approved assets and copy for use in digital communications. At times, will also include some light copywriting.
- Facilitating internal approval from key stakeholders
- Mocking up comms with mock up tools
- Creation of tickets for each campaign for the implementation team Attendance of weekly sprints to discuss ticket and deployment progress
- Proofing and final quality assurance of all communications prior to deployment
- Reporting of communications performance
Communications automation
- Collaborate with regional and global teams to bring new automation and personalisation use cases to market Work with local stakeholders to secure approval of new use cases
- Reporting of use case performance
Subscriber loyalty & perks
- Aid in the production of subscriber promotions/perks
- End-to-end campaign development including comms production, approvals, landing pages, legal terms and engagement with partners for winner fulfilment
- Reporting and knowledge sharing of all perks outcomes
Ideal experience:
- 1-2 years’ experience in related CRM and retention marketing roles, or a recent graduate with relevant industry experience (internships etc).
- Experience with CRM and marketing technology (at least one CRM tool e.g. Salesforce, Adobe, Braze).
- Degree-qualified in Business, Marketing, Economics or related discipline (preferred).
- Confident working directly with data to measure campaign performance
- Experience with agile working practices and platforms including Jira and Wiki
- Copywriting experience is not essential, but would be a plus
- An interest in sport would also be advantageous
