About the Role & Team

Disney Advertising’s Brand & Creative Solutions team is looking for a Junior Project Executive to help bring standout sponsorships, in-show integrations and custom content campaigns to life across Disney+ and National Geographic platforms in the UK, EMEA and globally.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a busy production team delivering work across linear, streaming, digital and social platforms. You will support the production of high-quality content and campaign deliverables for some of the world’s most recognised brands, working collaboratively across markets and time zones.

If selected for this role, you will report to the Manager, Production Services.

This role will be based in our London Hammersmith office, 4 days a week, with either a Monday or Friday working from home.

You’ll join a team grounded in our Disney values — acting with Integrity, welcoming everyone through Inclusion, embracing boundless Creativity, working together through Collaboration and caring deeply for our Community. These values shape how we work and how we support one another every day.

What You Will Do

You will support producers and the Senior Manager across custom content projects of different sizes and scopes, helping teams deliver work on brief, on time and within budget.

  • Coordinate custom content campaigns from brief through to launch across multiple markets and platforms.
  • Work with account leads in Ad Sales, creative directors, internal and external production teams, client services, social teams, editorial, distribution and finance.
  • Support content creation, including talent management, shoot planning and collaboration with writers, designers, creative and production teams through to media launch.
  • Create and maintain production documentation, including budgets, status reports, timelines, content briefs and publishing schedules.
  • Translate complex and changing information into clear, achievable production plans, while communicating project status confidently to colleagues, clients and partners.
  • Work with creative teams throughout production to meet content goals, manage client expectations and realise the full storytelling potential of each campaign.
  • Ensure suppliers are contracted correctly and finance processes are completed on time.
  • Support content compliance and editorial alignment from initial concept through to final asset.
  • Contribute to best-practice project management and production processes across the team.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Enthusiasm for storytelling across platforms, particularly short-form video, digital content such as articles and galleries, and social channels including Meta and YouTube.
  • Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage tight timelines, changing priorities, budgets and detailed deliverables.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to communicate tactfully and persuasively with people at different levels.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and a collaborative approach when working with colleagues, clients, media agencies and external partners.
  • A careful eye for detail, a solutions-focused mindset and the ability to remain calm when delivery challenges arise.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, balancing the wider business and brand objectives with essential production detail.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting or delivering custom content campaigns from brief to launch, across linear, streaming, digital and social platforms.
  • Interest in advertising, digital media and the process of developing creative solutions in response to a client brief.
  • Experience within a client solutions team at a media organisation, publisher or full-service content agency.
  • Experience working with global clients or teams across different markets and time zones, including navigating complex stakeholder groups.
  • Working knowledge of Smartsheet, Jira, Airtable or similar project management systems.

The Perks

  • 25 days annual leave
  • Private medical insurance & dental care
  • Complimentary admission to eligible Disney Theme Parks, giving you the opportunity to experience the magic we create and make memories of your own. Admission is subject to availability, capacity restrictions, applicable rules, block-out dates, and eligibility requirements.
  • Access to a wide range of Disney discounts on Disney merchandise, Disney Food & Beverage, Disney Resort Hotels, Disney Cruise Line, Adventures by Disney, National Geographic Expeditions, and more. Offerings are subject to availability and may be seasonal, and subject to applicable rules, restrictions, and eligibility requirements.
  • Excellent parental and guardian leave
  • Employee Resource Groups – WOMEN @ Disney, Disney Mosaic, Disney PRIDE, our disability & neurodiversity focused group - ENABLED, and our Mental Health & Wellbeing Group, TRUST.
