Global Creative Marketing Operations is the centralized team within the Global Studio Creative Marketing team for the Walt Disney Studios that works closely with the EVP(s) of Creative Marketing, the VP, Creative Marketing & Strategy and across all Studio marketing teams to develop, implement, and manage creative, finishing, localization, production and operational schedules across all brands and titles for domestic and international Theatrical and streaming Originals campaigns. This team plays a critical role in achieving the overall global reach, impact and success of the creative campaigns by ensuring the U.S. and all International markets receive the creative marketing materials and supporting assets they need that are aligned with their respective strategies; high-quality materials that are finished, localized, produced, printed, and shipped on time and within budget. This team establishes, integrates and implements operations strategies, tools, efficiencies and processes to increase the efficacy and impact of multi-million-dollar global creative marketing campaigns. The department consists of four key teams, each with dedicated leaders: Print Production Operations, Photoshoot & Asset Management Operations, International Print & AV Localization, and International Audio-Visual Finishing.
This is a Print Production Coordinator position supporting the domestic print production team – the team that is responsible for the production of all print and digital static advertising materials in support of theatrical and streaming properties released by the Walt Disney Company: Disney Live Action, Marvel, Lucasfilm, Walt Disney Animation, Pixar Animation Studios, Disney Nature, 20th Century Studios, Star Original, Disney+ and Hulu. Such materials include, but not limited to logos, key art, out-of-home campaigns (print & digital), in theater materials (standees, banners, window/wall clings), eventizing and signage campaigns, Parks signage, Studio signage, print campaigns, collateral print materials, etc.
Responsibilities
Support Print Production VP, Director and Senior Art Directors as well as VP and Assoc Manager Global Creative Marketing Operations.
Assist with the management and timely and accurate entry of all appropriate data into Airtable to ensure all projects are always up to date. This is a critical function.
May perform Jr. Designer duties or go into files for specific tasks when needed which requires graphics knowledge and working in Photoshop, InDesign and/or Illustrator.
Manage the creation of the Studio Marketing Guide (SMG) for each film to be used as archival document.
Distribution of all final composed RGB files for online debuts to appropriate teams.
Gather and manage all digital files of the individual campaign materials and distribute as needed across various departments. Manage their accurate and organized filing and archival on main server. Make sure they are uploaded to Wonderland on a timely basis for wide company usage.
Asset management of all art files, finishes, in-progress assets and final art. Make sure all files are downloaded and filed properly on internal server, distributed to vendors, etc.
Assist in the coordination and organization of the finishing of all print materials. Deliver all source digital elements to finishers, retrieval of finished files and coordinate their delivery upon approval to the appropriate place and filing/archival on main server.
Assist in the organization and coordination of the production of all campaign print materials from the pre-press stage through the printing and shipping. Mechanicals: assist in the gathering all elements for the building of mechanicals, coordinate all reviews and approvals by Creative teams as well as communicate mechanical changes to Agency. Coordinate the delivery of all approved mechanicals & appropriate corresponding information to the assigned printer; coordinate the delivery of all finished files to the printer for production.
Assist in the management of the Synergy CWO (Creative Work Order), In Theater Signage, In Theater Eventizing, Outdoor Campaign buys, etc. – ensuring that all materials are laid out, approved and produced according to schedule.
Assist with the management and distribution of all PODs to appropriate parties.
Initiate and manage all print materials tag-on order print queries at least 2 weeks in advance of due date making sure final Master Distribution lists are accurate and delivered to the printer on time before print run.
Manage legal approvals of mechanicals and their timely delivery to the proper printer.
Receive, code, obtain approval for all invoices making sure they are submitted to be paid on time.
Manage the tracking and resolution of lost, incorrect or late invoices.
Obtain and track price estimates of various projects and campaigns and secure and manage cost approvals and charge codes.
Assist with the set-up of meetings and/or presentations.
Create Keynote presentations for the department when needed.
Organize and keep current of all printed posters.
Prepare/process expense reports for team.
Other duties as needed.
Qualifications:
1+ year experience in Print Production required.
Strong computer skills required.
Mac: Microsoft Word, Excel, Keynote
Airtable, Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
Adobe Acrobat

Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Advertising, Graphic Design or related field preferred
Experience Marketing/Advertising experience preferred
Graphics Design background and knowledge of graphic terminology knowledge preferred
Experience working within the Entertainment Industry preferred
Experience interfacing with high-level Executives and/or Filmmakers preferred
The hiring range for this position in California is $53,300.00-$71,300.00 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
