Global Creative Marketing Operations is the centralized team within the Global Studio Creative Marketing team for the Walt Disney Studios that works closely with the EVP(s) of Creative Marketing, the VP, Creative Marketing & Strategy and across all Studio marketing teams to develop, implement, and manage creative, finishing, localization, production and operational schedules across all brands and titles for domestic and international Theatrical and streaming Originals campaigns. This team plays a critical role in achieving the overall global reach, impact and success of the creative campaigns by ensuring the U.S. and all International markets receive the creative marketing materials and supporting assets they need that are aligned with their respective strategies; high-quality materials that are finished, localized, produced, printed, and shipped on time and within budget. This team establishes, integrates and implements operations strategies, tools, efficiencies and processes to increase the efficacy and impact of multi-million-dollar global creative marketing campaigns. The department consists of four key teams, each with dedicated leaders: Print Production Operations, Photoshoot & Asset Management Operations, International Print & AV Localization, and International Audio-Visual Finishing.
This is a Coordinator position supporting the Director, Global Creative Marketing Operations – Photoshoots & Asset Management as well as VP and Assoc Manager Global Creative Marketing Operations. This team is responsible for the production of photoshoots, vendor contracts, asset and server management in support of theatrical and streaming properties released by the Walt Disney Company: Disney Live Action, Marvel, Lucasfilm, Walt Disney Animation, Pixar Animation Studios, Disney Nature, 20th Century Studios, Star Original, Disney+ and Hulu.
Responsibilities
Photoshoots
Assist in organizing photo shoots, timelines, call sheets, and team coordination.
Track project expenses, reconcile budgets, and support team to stay within scope.
Communicate and ensure files are delivered in the correct formats and upload to internal server.
On occasion, provide on-site support to ensure production stays on schedule and within quality of standards.
Be a consistent and main point of contact when the Director is out of office on a shoot.
Vendor Management
Establish/maintain vendor contracts ensuring agreements are signed and filed.
Facilitate the on-boarding of new vendors.
Vet and maintain security clearance for all creative and print vendors.
On-board/maintenance of vendors access to various digital share platforms.
Manage Server/Asset Management
Manage and maintain internal server access for Global Creative Advertising Marketing teams.
Manage and maintain internal archival server.
Facilitate talent approvals on marketing special shoots and maintain record of feedback and approved photography.
Create keyset of approved marketing special shoot photography for distribution.
Facilitate the watermarking, distribution and tracking of marketing special shoot photography.
Administrative Support
Assist with the management and timely and accurate entry of and all appropriate data into Airtable to ensure all projects are always up to date. This is a critical function.
Prepare expense reports in SAP and ensure they are submitted in a timely manner.
Manage the planning, coordination, and execution of business travel, including trip logistics and itinerary, and remote support of when executive is out of the office, considering time zones, weather delays, traffic.
Assist with the set-up of meetings and/or presentations.
Receive, code, obtain approval for all invoices making sure they are submitted to be paid on time.
Manage the tracking and resolution of lost, incorrect or late invoices.
Obtain and track price estimates of various projects and campaigns and secure and manage cost approvals and charge codes.
Create Keynote presentations for department when needed.
Qualifications
At least 1+ year experience in marketing, media, or advertising within the entertainment
Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or related field strongly desired.
Industry, studio, or an agency required.
Strong computer skills required.
PC & Mac: Microsoft Word, Excel, Keynote required
Airtable required
Candidate must have a passion for photography, advertising, film, marketing, and an eye for creativity.
Candidate must have strong professional written and verbal communication skills.
Candidate must have strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Candidate must be EXTREMELY organized and have a GREAT eye for detail. Great follow-up a must.
Candidate must be ok with working long hours and travel if needed.
Candidate must be able to demonstrate the ability to be proactive and resourceful.
Candidate must be able to juggle many different projects in various degrees of completion at the same time.
Candidate must be able to adjust quickly and effectively in a highly fluid environment.

Preferred Qualifications
Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe Acrobat highly desirable
Experience with/Interest in photography highly desirable.
Experience working within the Entertainment Industry highly desirable.
Experience interfacing with high-level Executives and/or Filmmakers highly desirable.
The hiring range for this position in California is $53,300.00-$71,300.00 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
