How you will contribute to our magical experience?: 

The Coordinator, Sales Insights & Communications will be responsible of generating actionable insights for clients, via analysis of trends, building of reports and understanding segmentation and data provided by the research and BI areas of the company.

This position will connect internal research and BI reports to the sales teams, developing data visualization and reporting to deliver comprehensive sales insight packs that support campaign understanding, audiences and 360° results. This coordinator is the “translator” of reports between internal sources of data to clients and agencies. It’s knowledge of local clients, types of deals and needs will be critical to ensure understanding and best use of data.

 This coordinator will develop reporting processes and use cases – ensuring internal approval – to deliver detailed data from campaigns, as well as tracking of incremental sales derived from these activities.

The Coordinator, Sales Insights & Communications will be responsible for: 

  • Support to the Ad Sales team for the development of commercial proposals that include strategic thinking and generating a 'fit' between the needs of advertisers and the possibilities offered by Disney's product portfolio.
  • Work on producing information that will nourish the commercial team about the competitive context, performance of TWDC's assets, performance of integrated multimedia audiences in our portfolio that help explain the dynamics of change in terms of consumption of each medium and platform and property.
  • Engage with Sales teams and clients directly in the review and discussion of data trends, insights, and recommendations.
  • Develop appropriate processes to ensure approval of data to be used for external facing materials (clients and agencies).

What we need from you to be part of this story:

  • Sales, communication or technology marketing background.
  • Experience developing strategic commercial proposales.
  • Deep understanding of marketing insight data.
  • Knowledge of the digital advertising eco-system.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills are also essential, along with keen attention to detail.
  • Experience developing communication materials.
  • Excellent writing and verbal communication skills with the ability to work with both technical teams and business strategy teams.
  • Advanced use of presentation tools (Adobe, Powerpoint, Canvas, etc).
  • Ability to cultivate sales and client relationships.
