Résumé du poste:

Job Requirements

At Disney Vacation Club (DVC), we don’t just sell vacations. We help Guests imagine what’s possible and take the next step toward a lifetime of Disney memories. As an Associate Counselor, you’ll connect with prospective Members, learn what matters most to them, and help them explore how Disney Vacation Club could become part of their family’s story. From that first spark of interest through the decision to become a Member, you’ll create welcoming, personalized experiences while helping Guests feel informed, excited, and confident about their next step.

This project hire opportunity also gives you the chance to help build something new. You’ll work alongside DVC Sales Counselors to support Guests throughout the sales journey, develop new business, manage relationships, and experiment with new ways to reach and serve prospective Members. We’re looking for someone who is motivated by results, energized by connecting with people, and excited by the opportunity to test, learn, and adapt. Your ideas, Guest insights, and results will help shape how the role evolves and influence future sales strategies and best practices.

You will report to a Sales Experience Manager.

This is an 18-month Project Hire position without any guarantee of permanent placement.

Responsibilities/You Will:

  • Engage prospective Guests, uncover their vacation goals, and introduce Disney Vacation Club as an option that fits their needs
  • Build new business through proactive outreach, referrals, follow-up, and relationship-building with prospective and current Members

  • Deliver engaging, group presentations that clearly explain Disney Vacation Club products, pricing, and Membership benefits

  • Partner closely with DVC Sales Counselors and Sales Support & Marketing Experience Coordinators to create seamless Guest handoffs and experiences throughout the sales process
  • Assist in managing channel pipeline of Members, including outbound calls, appointment scheduling, timely follow-up, and ongoing relationship management
  • Respond to Guest questions and concerns, providing clear information and connecting Guests with additional resources when needed
  • Maintain accurate records of Guest interactions, follow-up activity, and outcomes within CRM and sales tracking systems
  • Complete required sales documentation accurately and conduct sales activities in accordance with Disney Vacation Club standards and applicable California real estate requirements
  • Maintain required licensing and stay current on Disney Vacation Club products, sales practices, technology, regulations, and industry requirements
  • Bring forward Guest feedback, sales trends, and new ideas to help the team test approaches, improve the sales experience, and identify opportunities to grow the business
  • Represent the Disney Vacation Club brand with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a commitment to creating memorable Guest experiences

  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to quickly establish trust and connect with people from a variety of backgrounds
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to listen, ask thoughtful questions, and clearly explain information based on each Guest’s needs

  • Comfortable managing multiple prospects and priorities while staying organized and accountable for results
  • Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment where new approaches may be tested and refined
  • Collaborative team player who can also work independently, take ownership, and make sound decisions in the moment
